As part of the Luvme Customer Care team, we want to personally walk you through how cancellations, returns, and refunds work, so you always know what’s required and what’s protected. In this guide, we’ll explain when you can cancel, what condition your items need to be in for a return, how refunds are processed, and what we do behind the scenes to make sure your rights, safety, and shopping experience are fully protected.

You can cancel a Luvme order, but the options you have depend on the status of your package. Please check which situation you’re in before you contact us:

Wait for Cancellation Confirmation
Your order is cancelled only after you receive an official confirmation from Luvme. Once confirmed, we’ll start processing your refund to the original payment method.
When your order is already shipped or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled directly. You’ll need to follow Luvme’s return and exchange process. Before you start, please make sure your product meets the basic return requirements below.

After your cancellation is approved, we typically start processing your refund within about 2 business days. The exact time for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several additional days.
In some cases, we may be able to update your address or modify items before the order ships. Once an order is shipped, changes are very limited. Contact Luvme Customer Care as soon as possible so we can see what options are still available.
If your order is cancelled before shipment, there is usually no cancellation fee. For shipped and returned orders, shipping or handling fees may apply depending on the situation and your region. Our team will explain any costs before you confirm your request.
