Your rank on the leaderboard is based on total savings from your orders (Nov 1 - Dec 4).
1. When does the challenge start and end?
The challenge runs from November 1 to December 4. The final leaderboard will be announced onDecember 14.
2. How "Total Savings" Are Calculated?
Your Total Savings only include discounts you personally applied — not automatic markdowns.
Counted as savings:
- Manually entered promo codes — discounts you found and entered yourself (not ones automatically applied by the site)
- Gift Cards you used at checkout
- Coupons or Gift Cards redeemed with your points
- Points used directly at checkout
Not counted:
- Automatic discounts or markdowns (for example: "Was $100, Now $80" — that $20 difference isn't counted toward your savings)
- Gift Cards issued by our customer service as compensation or after-sales support
Luvme reserves the right of final interpretation for this promotion.
3. How do I join the challenge?
The challenge is open to all customers. You are automatically entered when you place an order between November 1 and December 4 (EST). We will track your total savings amount.
4. Where can I see my rank, and how often is the leaderboard updated?
You can find the leaderboard on our website. We will also post updates to our email/SMS subscribers and in the LUVME WhatsApp/Facebook groups.
- Update Schedule: Nov 1 - Nov 28: Updated every Tuesday.
- Nov 29 - Dec 4: Updated daily.
- The final leaderboard will be announced on December 14.
5. What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is canceled or returned, the savings from that order will be deducted from your total. Final rankings are based only on completed and non-returned orders
6. What are the rewards?
- Leaderboard Rewards1st Place: Gucci Necklace or LV Wallet（choose one）2nd-3rd Place: iPad 256G or LV Earrings（choose one）4th-10th Place: $80 Gift Card11th-100th Place: $50 Gift Card
- Purchase Reward: All participants who make a purchase during the event will receive 150 points after it ends.
- Points Redemption Rewards: After the event, you can use points to redeem exclusive items like wigs, gift cards, and hair care sets.
7. If I win (place in the top 100), how do I claim my prize?
The final list of winners will be announced on December 14.
- For 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners: Our staff will contact you via email between Dec 14-20 to collect your shipping address. Prizes will be shipped out after Dec 20. Please make sure your contact info is up to date!
- For 4th-100th Place Winners: Your gift card reward will be automatically added to your account around December 14.
8. When will I receive the 150 points for the Purchase Reward?
The 150 points will be added to your account around December 14, after the event ends. You will be notified via email or SMS.
9. When and where can I redeem my points for exclusive rewards?
The special points redemption will begin around December 14. We will notify you by email or SMS with a link to the redemption page. Stay tuned.
