How to Maintain While Wearing

Proper daily maintenance keeps the crochet hair looking fresh, minimizes frizz, and protects the natural braids underneath. To achieve this:
  • Wrap the hair in a silk or satin bonnet, or sleep on a silk pillowcase at night to drastically reduce friction.
  • Keep the scalp hydrated by applying a lightweight soothing oil or braid spray directly to the natural roots.
  • Never pull or tear tangled strands. Instead, use a small pair of scissors to carefully trim away any frizzy pieces.
  • Apply a lightweight styling mousse once a week to tame flyaways and refresh the overall look.

Care Instructions by Curl Pattern

Different textures require specific techniques to maintain their flawless dimension and bounce.
  • For Tight Curls & Water Wave: Never brush or comb when dry. Mist lightly with water and scrunch with a curl-defining mousse to restore vibrant bounce.
  • For Body Waves: Gently finger-comb to separate strands. Avoid fine-tooth combs. Use a light leave-in conditioner spray to maintain a smooth, flowing wave.
  • For Kinky Straight : Gently detangle from ends to roots using a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush. Apply lightweight hair serum to maintain a lustrous shine.
