I. How to join the Luvme VIP

Joining Luvme VIP is easy! You can register for free or log in if you already have an account. Once you're in,

you're automatically part of the VIP Rewards program. From there, you can easily view and use your rewards.

II. How the Luvme VIP works

Your VIP status is determined by your spending. As you make purchases, you can level up to unlock more rewards. The higher your tier, the more rewards you'll unlock!

Please Note: After a successful payment, there's a 3-day pending period. During this time, any refund or return requests will not count towards your total spent. Your order and amount will be considered valid after the 3-day period. Once you meet the upgrade conditions, you'll move up to the next tier.

III. Does my tier status expire

All three levels, except for Luvme Fans and Bronze Queen, remain valid for 365 days.

Once your tier status expires, your new tier status will be recalculated based on the number of orders placed and the amount spent within the past 365 Days.

IV. More detail about Luvme VIP Rewards

A. Monthly Reward

As a Luvme VIP, you'll receive an exclusive code or gift card once a month when you log in. The reward is updated monthly and valid until the end of the current month.

The specific reward will be sent to your account based on the tier you are in on the 1st of the month.

B. Birthday Gift

Every year during your birthday month, you'll receive an exclusive gift in the Birthday Gift area on the Luvme VIP Rewards page. The specific gift depends on your level on the 1st of the month.

C. VIP Price

Golden and Purple Queens enjoy extra price drops on selected units. These units are refreshed every month.

D. Exclusive Customer Service

After registering or logging in, you can enjoy our exclusive customer service! When you upgrade to Golden or Purple Queen, you can enjoy premium 1-to-1 customer service via WhatsApp.

E. Fast Approval (Return & Refund)

After your return package is received, we will issue the refund according to the corresponding level's refund processing time. The refund arrival time varies by payment channel.

F. Free Return

You can enjoy a certain number of free returns each year based on your tier.

G. Extended Returns

Depending on the level at the time of purchase, you are eligible for an extended return period of 30, 60, or 90 days, provided that the product remains in its original condition.
