ORDER CHANGES

 

A fee of $5.00 will automatically be charged for any changes or modifications you request to your order after the order is placed. This includes item, color, payment, shipping, or coupon redemption changes. Requests for changes to orders will be accepted up to 10:00 AM (CST) the following business day.

 

 

SHIPMENT POLICY

 

We ship the goods via Fedex / DHL, and Free shipping. That means the seller to bear the basic shipping costs.


The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
1. If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, but the tariffs will be paid by the buyer.
2. Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
3. Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (Altered Packaging or Product, Worn, or Damaged items are not eligible for return).

 

A return handling fee will be applied for all products returned for refund. Once your item is returned, you have two choices:

 

Store Credit - $0 fee if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s).

 

Return for Refund: Handling Fee - $5 for items $100 or less. $10 if your items over $100. $25 for items over $300.

 

We will process your refund within 3 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

Repackage your item(s) as received from the manufacturer and include the completed Return Form (included on reverse of packing slip or click to print). Within 30 days please mail back.

 

 

BACKORDERS

 

 

 

If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us; Email: stella@luvmehair.com

 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

For credit cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

 

Note1: we cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.

Note2: Prohibit the buyer without permission to contact the carrier to modify the receiving address, otherwise the consequences are borne by their own.

 

FREE SHIPPING

 

We offer free shipping for all orders.

 

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.

 

 

CANCELLATION FEES

 

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders are processed within 12 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected (US Air, US Ground, Canada Air or International) on the order form.

 

NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

 

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.

SHIPPING DELAYS

 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please contact customer service.
