Buzzing Atmosphere
From July 12th to 14th, thank you to everyone who joined us for the Luvme For You Tour in Atlanta! The excitement was in the air from the start. Many of you lined up before we even opened, creating a lively and fun vibe. Many families came together to join in the fun, and the atmosphere was truly joyous. We received so much positive feedback from everyone, and it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces.
Luvme For You: Heartfelt Moments and Customer Love
At the event, professional hairstylists provided free one-on-one styling services for customers who purchased wigs on-site. We offered exclusive membership benefits for our Luvme Queens and also prepared VIP bags filled with our branded T-shirts and various hair products. In total, we handed out over 5,000 free gifts. We initially set aside 100 free wigs, which were all given out on the first day. Helena then decided to offer unlimited free wigs for the next two days, ensuring every customer who made a purchase had a chance to get a free wig. It was fantastic!
One of the highlights was when a customer brought her old Luvme wig, hoping for a restyle. Helena noticed and immediately took a flat iron to start working on the wig. As she restyled it, Helena chatted warmly with the customer, making the experience even more special. The customer was thrilled with the result, and when another staff member mentioned that Helena was our founder, the customer was overjoyed and rushed to hug her in gratitude. It was a heartfelt and genuine moment that truly captured the spirit of Luvme Hair.

The event was filled with touching moments that highlighted the true spirit of our community. One standout moment involved our enthusiastic customer, Tina. She’s a loyal fan and had planned to share her VIP bag with customers inside the store. On her way, she met another lady heading to the pop-up event who was stranded due to a car breakdown. Tina immediately gave her the VIP bag, bringing tears to the lady's eyes. This heartwarming act of kindness truly embodies our brand’s philosophy of mutual encouragement and support among our customers. Moments like these reinforce why we champion self-expression and female empowerment through our “For You” commitment.
Luv at first sight
We also had a super cute story at the event. Our security guard fell head over heels for a lady at the event and decided to buy her a wig. She happily accepted his gift, and they exchanged contact information. It was such a romantic and heartwarming scene.

Following the event, we received numerous praises and feedback from Luvme Queens. There has been enthusiastic discussion about the event within the community, which has been truly heartwarming. This response inspires us to continue hosting more pop-up events and look forward to meeting more of you.
