Returns due to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total free return.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

This is my second wig and I got it installed on New Year Eve. I had a modeling shoot on Jan 2nd. Needless to say I've been getting compliments since I left the shop. My beautician says she's going to get one herself! I'm really impressed by the quality and how quick it came. I thought I got lucky the first time but this is even better than my first wig. Now I see why you guys are addicted to buying wigs because I think I am too 🥴🤣🤣

This hair is AMAZING. First the curls are gorgeous, it's so thick and full & surprisingly has little shedding!! I kid you not it took 4 days to get to my and was shipped out the same day I purchased it. Communication was 11/10 lol they even whatsapped me to check if I got the hair. The compliments I get are crazy & would 100000% recommend
