Returns due to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total free return.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.

This is one of my favourite units. It’s so full and longgg! (I got 24”) I love how thick it is, however I suggest to keep a hairbrush with you especially if you’re going to wear it straight and long like mine. The cap comfortable like they say which is my fav part. I did a review on YouTube 💓

Ladies let me tell you. I have had the worst time trying to find wigs that fit my BIG head. And when I say big, I mean I was wearing large cap 23.5 inch circumference units and very limited. Well, I tried this unit telling myself it probably wouldn’t work. YA’LL, I UGLY cried in the mirror from JOY! This is the ticket. Big head, small head- this is it. Not to mention, you see 200 density and think too thick? No! Just enough! SO natural and I will never go back to a regular closure unit. The comfort is unmatched and I can sleep in these with no issue. In my opinion, this unit looks better in person. You will not regret it. Yes, REAL review! 4/11/25 GO GET IT LUVME QUEENS
