Hey queens, Henry here, your community admin! These days, the founder of Luvme Hair finds herself engulfed in intense emotions, unable to find calm for an extended period! So, let's dive in together and see what's been happening!

It all started with a simple interactive post on our Facebook Group: What does the Luvme community mean to you? Reflecting on it, the community for me is an indispensable part of life. Every morning, the first thing I do when I arrive at the office is open our community, approve posts, greet new members, see what everyone's talking about, and check if any customers need assistance. In short, I spend most of my day here, sometimes feeling happy, sometimes feeling sad, so it's become a part of my life.

But how would customers respond? Would they care about our little community? I was a bit worried about the comments under this post, but I never expected to see responses like these: "This group is my online family." "This group represents a supportive female community." "This group is like a sisterhood to me." "To me, this group is a place to share positive thoughts, encourage, and support each other on our wig-wearing journey." "This group is one of the few places where I don't feel judged." "This group is amazing. You not only see beginners and experts, but you also walk alongside those battling with hair loss, cancer, alopecia, and more. You bring them joy, make them feel welcome and supported, let them know they're not alone in the fight." Wow! These responses completely exceeded my expectations. I never anticipated customers would say these words. So, I showed our founder and CEO, Helena, this post and the customers' responses.

After reading these words, Helena was moved to tears. I didn't quite understand why until she explained to me the intention behind creating this community two years ago. She said, "As a woman myself, I deeply understand that those who join this group have gone through some heartbreaking situations or are facing challenges. And social media can be a cruel and heartbreaking place, leaving many women feeling insecure, even doubting themselves. So, I wanted to provide these women with a safe, private space where they could not only get help but also gain more energy. Two years ago, it was a huge challenge, and we did encounter various problems, but today, the comments from the ladies under this post tell me I succeeded! This outcome means a lot to Helena, so she wrote this letter, conveying her sincerest thoughts to everyone!"

As expected, this letter received responses and widespread attention from everyone. We read every customer's comment carefully because we know that behind each comment, each expression of gratitude, there's a woman whose life has been changed by Luvme Hair and the Luvme community. This tells us: incredible things happen when women support each other. Behind every confident woman is a group of successful women supporting her. We never imagined that the feeling of intimate understanding and communication with our customers would be so wonderful, and the sentiment continues. If you also want to be a beacon of light, whether illuminating yourself or others, join our unique family now and become a member of our sisterhood!
