This Privacy Policy is a legal document between you (an individual who uses Luvme Hair services) and Luvme Hair. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Policy describes how Luvme Hair and its affiliates (collectively “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Luvme Hair”) collect, use, disclose, and process your personal information through Luvme Hair’s applications (together “Luvme Hair Services”). BY VISITING APPLICATIONS, PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION OR USING LUVME HAIR SERVICES, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information:
· Collected by us offline.
· You provide to or is collected by any third party including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through our websites or applications.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your personal information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to access or use Luvme Hair Services provided by us. By accessing or using Luvme Hair Services or other services provided by us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Section 10 below). Your access to and continued use of Luvme Hair Services or other services provided by us after we revise this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
1. Personal Information We Collect about You
Personal information refers to any information that can be used—directly or indirectly—to identify you. This also includes anonymized data if it can be linked back to information that identifies you. However, personal information does not include data that has been irreversibly anonymized or aggregated, making it impossible for us to identify you, even when combined with other data. We collect the following categories of personal information.

We collect and store the information you provide when using Luvme Hair Services. While you can choose not to share certain details, doing so may limit your access to or use of some Luvme Hair features.

We may automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Luvme Hair Services, including your interactions with products, content, and services available through Luvme Hair Services.
We may use device identifiers for app functionality and analytics. However, we do not use them for advertising or cross-app tracking.

1.3. Information from Other Sources
We may receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to maintain accurate records and facilitate your future purchases.

2. For What Purposes Does Luvme Hair Use your Personal Information
We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer to our customers. These purposes include:
(1) Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, to deliver products and services, to process payments, and to communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
(2) Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Luvme Hair Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, to analyze performance, to fix errors, and to improve the usability and effectiveness of the Luvme Hair Services.
(3) Comply with legal obligations. In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with applicable laws.
(4) Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you in relation to Luvme Hair Services via different channels (for example, by phone, email, chat).
(5) Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks. We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Luvme Hair, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and to manage credit risks.

We will also use your personal information at your direction or with your consent. 3. Cookies Policy
3.1 Definition of "Cookies"
This Section 3 provides information about how and when we or our service providers use cookies, beacons, pixels, similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”). Cookies are widely used to store and receive identifiers and other information on computers, phones, and other devices. We also use other technologies, including data we store on your web browser or device, identifiers associated with your device, and other software, for similar purposes.

With your consent where required, we may use cookies to recognize your browser or device, to collect information about you and your use of Luvme Hair Services, to learn more about your interests, and to provide you with essential features and services, as well as for additional purposes, including:
(1) Keeping track of your specified preferences. This enables us to honor your preferences, such as whether or not you would like to see interest-based ads. You may set your preferences through your Account.
(2) Preventing fraudulent activity.
(3) Improving security or reporting.
3.3 Manage Your Cookie Settings
Most browsers allow you to remove or manage cookie functions and adjust your privacy and security preferences. You can manage browser cookies through your browser settings. The 'Help' feature on most browsers will explain how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, how to block cookies, and when cookies will expire. If you block all cookies on your browser, neither we nor third parties will transfer cookies to your browser. However, if you do this, you may have to manually adjust some preferences every time you visit a site, and you may not be able to take full advantage of our features and services.
Do Not Track. Some web browsers provide a “Do Not Track” option. We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
3.4 Changes to Our Cookie Policy
Luvme Hair may update this Section 3 from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Cookie Policy, as appropriate. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us via legal@luvmehair.com.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
Customer information constitutes an important part of our business operations; however, we do not engage in the sale of our customers' personal information to third parties. We share customers' personal information solely as described below and exclusively with strategic partners that are either subject to this Privacy Policy or maintain practices at least as protective as those outlined herein:
(1) We may disclose personal information with our corporate affiliates. Such corporate affiliates may process personal information on our behalf as our service providers, where necessary to provide a product or service that you have requested or in other circumstances with your consent as permitted or required by law.
(2) We may disclose specific personal information to strategic partners who collaborate with us to provide our products and services or assist in our marketing efforts to customers.
(3) In circumstances involving mergers, reorganizations, acquisitions, joint ventures, assignments, spin-offs, transfers, or the sale or disposition of all or any portion of our business (including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings), we may transfer any and all personal information to relevant third parties.
(4) We may provide access to services, products, applications, or functionalities offered by third parties for use through Luvme Hair Services.
(5) We may engage other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, package delivery, postal and electronic mail communication, customer list maintenance, data analysis, marketing support, provision of search results and links (including paid listings), payment processing, content transmission, credit risk assessment and management, and customer service provision. These third-party service providers shall have access only to the personal information necessary to perform their designated functions and are prohibited from using such information for other purposes.
(6) Our application may incorporate third-party code (such as SDKs). We guarantee that all third-party code implemented in our application, along with the corresponding data practices of such third parties regarding your application's user data, complies with applicable laws and platform policies including but not limited to Google Play Developer Program Policies. Specifically, we will use commercially reasonably measures to ensure that SDK providers do not sell personal or sensitive user data obtained from our application.
(7) As part of our ongoing business development, we may participate in transactions involving the purchase or sale of other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information typically constitutes part of the transferred business assets while remaining subject to the commitments made in any existing Privacy Policy (unless otherwise consented to by the customer). Should Luvme Hair or substantially all of its assets be acquired, customer information would naturally be included among the transferred assets.
(8) We may disclose account and other personal information when we determine such disclosure is appropriate to: (i) comply with legal requirements; (ii) enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or (iii) protect the rights, property, or safety of Luvme Hair, our users, or others. This includes information sharing with other companies and organizations for fraud prevention and credit risk mitigation purposes.
Except as specified above, you will receive notification whenever your personal information may be shared with third parties and will be provided the opportunity to opt out of such sharing.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may be legally required to disclose personal information in response to applicable laws, legal processes, litigation, and/or requests from governmental authorities. We may also determine that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other matters of significant public importance.
5. Children's Personal Information
Unless otherwise specified, Luvme Hair Services are designed for a general audience and are not directed toward children. In connection with the Services, Luvme Hair does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information online from children under the age of 18 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected personal information online from a child under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will either seek parental consent or promptly delete that information. If you believe that a child under the age of 18 may have provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us.
6. Your Choices and Legal Rights
6.1 Marketing and Promotional Communications
You can opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us at any time. Note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communications from us, you will still receive non-marketing or transactional messages from us, including messages about your account and responses to your inquiries. To opt out of receiving our marketing and promotional communications, you can:

6.2 Your Legal Rights.
Depending on your state of residence in the U.S., you may have certain rights related to your personal information, including, without limitation:
· Access and Data Portability. You may confirm whether we process your personal information and access a copy of the personal information we process. To the extent feasible and required by state law, depending on your state, data will be provided in a portable format.
· Correction. You may request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal information that we maintain, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose.
· Deletion. You may request that we delete personal information about you that we maintain, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law.
· Opt Out of Using Personal Information for Targeted Advertising, Profiling, and Sales. You may request that we do not use your personal information for these purposes.
· No personalized ads or cross-app tracking. Unless we obtain your consent, or it is required by applicable law or a court or governmental administrative order, we do not use your data for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.
· No IDFA or device IDs for ads. We do not use Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or other device identifiers for advertising purposes. The app does not engage in personalized ad tracking, and as a result, will not display the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
The exact scope of these rights vary by state. There are also some exceptions where we may not have an obligation to fulfill your request.
To exercise any of these rights, you or an authorized agent can submit a request by either contacting us through the LiveChat on shop.luvmehair.com or emailing us at legal@luvmehair.com. Please describe your request with sufficient detail so we can properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Please note that we may decline a request where we are unable to verify your identity and confirm the personal information we maintain relates to you. Exercising your rights does not require you to create an account with us.
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to exercise the relevant rights under this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. We may request specific information from you or your authorized agent to confirm your or their identity before we can process your request. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relating to you. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable request within 30 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Our websites, products, and services may include links to third-party websites or services (such as our payment processors’ websites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected through our own products and services. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies or notices of any third-party sites with which you interact before use.
8. Protection of Information
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, and to correctly use the data we collect.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of Luvme Hair Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. If you choose to use Luvme Hair Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our TERMS AND CONDITIONS, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you have any concern about Privacy Policy herein, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it in a commercially reasonable manner. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy will change also. You should check our websites frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.

As stated in Section 9 (Information Retention) of this Privacy Policy, we will retain your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law. Personal Information Sharing Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to request that businesses stop sharing your personal information at any time (the "right to opt-out"), including through a user-enabled opt-out preference signal. Similarly, the CCPA prohibits businesses from selling or sharing the personal information of consumers it actually knows are under 16 years old without first obtaining consent from consumers who are between 13 and 15 years old or the consumer's parent or guardian for consumers under age 13. Please describe your request with sufficient detail so we can properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. Please note that we may decline a request where we are unable to verify your identity and confirm the personal information we maintain relates to you. Exercising your rights does not require you to create an account with us.
You may authorize someone to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf (an “authorized agent”). An authorized agent will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf, unless you have provided the agent with power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. Depending on the evidence provided, we may also contact you to verify your identity with us or request confirmation from you that the agent is authorized to submit the request on your behalf.
You can also exercise your right to opt-out by emailing us at legal@luvmehair.com. An authorized agent may also use the methods described above to submit a request to opt out on your behalf if you provide the agent with signed permission to do so. Please note that we may request from the agent documentation demonstrating that they have your authority to act on your behalf. Once you make a request to exercise the right to opt-out, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to reauthorize personal information sharing.

· content of reviews, you may share your opinions on products while using Luvme Hair Services by providing reviews, which can include texts, images, videos, or other content. By sharing these reviews, you agree to assist other customers in gaining a better understanding of the products and aiding us in enhancing our services. It's important to note that such reviews might involve accessing your device’s camera or files, which would require your explicit consent. We will not access your device’s camera or files without obtaining your consent.
· any additional information that you upload or share with Luvme Hair, such as a nickname for your account, a self-introduction, or a profile picture, which could potentially involve accessing your device's camera or files and would require your explicit consent.
