The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly. Returns due to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total free return.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming).
