Step 1: Have Your Order Details Ready

Before you track your package, please make sure you have the following information ready:

  • Order Number
    This is the unique number assigned to your purchase.

    • If you placed your order on our official website, your order number starts with #LM, and you can find it in your confirmation email.
    • If you placed your order in the Luvme Hair App, your order number starts with LM (without #).
  • Email Address Used for the Purchase
    This is the email you used at checkout. It helps us verify your order securely, so only you—the rightful owner—can view the tracking details.

Q: I entered my details, but I can’t see my tracking information. Why?

A: There could be a slight delay between the time you place your order and when tracking information becomes available. If it’s been less than 24 hours since you placed the order, please wait a bit longer. If you still face issues, our customer service is always here to help.

Q: Why is the shipment status of my order showing an abnormality or pending?

A: If it shows abnormality or pending in short time, that maybe normal transport state. If it lasts a long time( over 1 day), you can call the DHL/FedEx/UPS to ask about what is going on about it.Or you can send us an Email at customercare@luvmehair.com, and we will help you out.

Q: Why the shipment status shows that I have signed. But I did not receive the parcel yet.

A: Once that happens, it means someone has signed the package for you. It may be your neighbor or family and friends. Please confirm it first. If not, please contact us.
