Returns due to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total free return.

For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). I love the quality of the hair. It is easy to wear, and you can style it however you want. The hair is not only for bangs.

I was expecting some mess due to me shopping at other hair sites that are cheap and careless. But THIS was EXACTLY how I imagined. I have a small head and it fit almost perfectly! The hair is soft, flowy, and bouncy. The curls were set nice. I wouldn’t wear it straight out the box without styling, but all it takes is a little curling and setting, and maybe a blow drier for fluff. But other than that, it IS BEAUTIFUL! No glue is necessary! Lace invisible — looks very natural! Versatile, you can pin it up, wear it down, pin it back— whatever! Very satisfied with this purchase!
